People often feel too shy or embarrassed to talk about these changes, but everyone goes through them. They are a natural and necessary part of growing up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">These changes will look different for each person, but remember that they happen to everyone. These changes are called puberty.<strong> For girls, puberty usually starts between ages 8-13 and ends by age 17.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">It&rsquo;s important to remember that although your body and hormones are changing, you&rsquo;re still <strong>you<\/strong>.
