किशोरावस्था में बदलाव: योनि से सफेद पानी निकलता है
हो सकता है कि आपको अपनी पैंटी पर या वॉशरूम जाते समय सफेद या हल्का क्रीम जैसा कुछ दिखाई दे। इसे 'सफेद पानी' कहते है। यह एक सफेद या पारदर्शी तरल होता है जो आपकी योनि से निकलता है। यह पूरी तरह से सामान्य और प्राकृतिक प्रक्रिया है।
सफेद पानी दो तरह का हो सकता है।
- The first kind is usually white. Sometimes it might be a light stain on your panty, and sometimes it might look and feel like moisturizer. You might see it every day, or only once in a while. It happens because your vagina is always cleaning itself. This fluid is part of that process.
- The second kind happens when hormone levels change during your menstrual cycle. This kind can be white, partly cloudy, or transparent. Sometimes it can also be slippery and/or stretchy. You’ll usually see this for a few days between periods, and sometimes just before your period.
It is a common myth that vaginal discharge means you’re eating too much rice or that your bones are dissolving — this is not true. Vaginal discharge is completely natural and nothing to be ashamed of or grossed out by.
सफेद पानी का रंग, मात्रा और गाढ़ापन महीने भर में बदल सकता है। अगर आपको लगे कि सफेद पानी का रंग अजीब है, उसमें बदबू आ रही है, या खुजली हो रही है – तो घबराएं नहीं, लेकिन ज़रूर अपने माता-पिता या किसी डॉक्टर से बात करें।
